The beautiful Spring weather on Friday was a cause for celebration. Especially because our Teddy Bears finally woke up from Hibernation! Here at the Little School of Waldwick, we enjoyed a picnic lunch with our bears as they emerged from their Winter Hibernation Cave. Our afternoon, preschool enrichment class had a special spelling Egg Hunt to find the letters H-O-P as we hop into Spring!

Today, students of the Little School of Waldwick, had a special visit from Dental Hygienist Ms. AnnMarie (mother of our very own Ms. Alissa)! Our Little Schoolers impressed her with their knowledge of dental health. They identified healthy and non-healthy choices to keep teeth strong and sparkling. Students even had a chance to test some of her special dental tools!
Today, our preschool students, celebrated 100 days of Fun and Learning at The Little School of Waldwick! We walked around the building in 100 steps, jumped up and down 100 times, and even had 100 shaped grilled cheese for lunch!

Love is in the air at The Little School of Waldwick today! Our preschool students had so much fun celebrating the special day with a Valentine Exchange, Pink Pancakes with heart strawberries, and even made pink play dough!

We are so proud of our Little School of Waldwick grads going into kindergarten and 1st grade! A beautiful graduation ceremony was had, where our audience of proud parents, grandparents and friends got to experience songs of friendship and the great journey ahead of them.
As our Little School grads walked down the promenade to receive their diploma, the audience enjoyed listening to mini bios of each student. Such a fun and emotional afternoon! The journey continues, little ones. Onward!
We had such an awesome day celebrating Father’s Day with our graduating Little Schoolers and their dads! The little School of Waldwick was decorated in a construction theme, organized fun activities and songs, dedicated to all our wonderful dads. Then, students and fathers sat down for some coffee, juice and delicious donuts!

We had an absolutely wonderful day at the annual Little School of Waldwick Circus! The weather was beautiful, the children excited and ready, and all of you wonderful parents, family and friends gathered under the big top to watch the magic unfold.
We had ringmasters, tight rope walkers, lion tamers, silly seals, dazzling dancers, acrobats and so much more! We loved sharing these wonderful preschool activities with you all and creating all these special memories together.

The Little School of Waldwick graduating class treated their mothers to an elegant brunch and performance.
They sang songs filled with words of love for all their mothers to show their appreciation. Our preschool students created special handmade hats and necklaces for the mommies to wear during the party. The walls were adorned with decorations made by the children, including a hand-drawn portrait of their mom! After their performance, students invited their mommy to sit while they served them muffins, fruit, cheese and crackers, and of course iced tea! A real treat for all of our hard-working, amazing Little School moms!
The Little School’s Director and educational staff strongly believe that there is an important connection between family and school, especially during the early years. As your child’s primary teacher and first educator, a parents role in their child’s early education is critical to their success!
Each year, we celebrate mothers at our Annual Mother’s Day Tea Party, a special event for students of our graduating class!
